Luong Van Can Fund kicks off Domestic Scholarships 2017 – 2018

As of 15 April 2017, Luong Van Can Fund (LVCF) starts to receive applications for Domestic Scholarships which financially support outstanding students to pursue their higher education in Universities nationwide, academic year 2017 – 2018. Luong Van Can Fund is established on 12 September 2014 aiming to develop a new generation of highly skilled professionals beneficial for Vietnam’s social and economic growth. Up to April 2017, LVCF has provided 96 scholarships for students studying at Universities and Colleges across Vietnam. Apart from receiving financial support from LVCF, the Luong Van Can Scholarship recipients have been taking the advantages to participate in periodic activities such as personal development courses, soft skills training sessions, field trips to enterprises and English classes in order to enhance their knowledge, skills and appropriate attitude to meet the labor market’s expectation after their graduation.
