Luong Van Can Fund conducted “Decision making and Problem solving Skill” Training Session
With a view to facilitating the students’ ability to tackle with difficulty anddetermine the most feasible solutions, Luong Van Can Fund executed the training in terms of decision making and problem solving skill for its scholarship recipients on the morning of May 12, 2018. Ms. Nguyen Thanh Dao – Chief Executive of DAP Training and Consultancy Company – with more than 10-year experience regarding Human resource in various multinational companies, was honorably invited as the speaker.
Partaking in multitudinous interacting activities, Luong Van Can students had the chance to explore theories of “Six thinking hats” (Edward de Bono) and applied what they had learned into practices. People are often limited by an one-way mindset when confronting a tricky problem. “Six thinking hats” helps them to look at the problem from different perspectives so that they can make the right decision. Furthermore, the speaker also emphasized that positive attitude was the key for almost every issue. The training session provided the students with not only knowledge but practical skills that can be deployed for learning and working purposes as well.
