On the morning of May 7, 2026, students from the Luong Van Can Foundation took part in a company visit to TMA Solutions, gaining valuable exposure to a professional working environment and innovative technology solutions.

Through dedicated sharing sessions by TMA representatives, students had the opportunity to learn about the company’s development journey, workplace culture, and the expectations of the current Information Technology labor market. A key takeaway was that, whether in technology or any other field, a strong professional foundation, a proactive learning attitude, and English proficiency remain essential qualities expected by employers.

The visit became even more engaging as students toured several working areas at TMA. In particular, students were impressed by the innovative products displayed in the company’s showroom, such as facial-recognition Smart Lockers, automated health check-up kiosks, and industrial vibration sensors used to support predictive maintenance. These experiences broadened students’ understanding of the nature of work, real-life working environments, and the practical application of technology in everyday life.
