Students of the Luong Van Can Foundation gain valuable insights into self-management with M.A. Vo Le Ngoc Chau
On Sunday morning, October 12, students of the Luong Van Can Foundation attended a “Self-Management” workshop led by Mr. Vo Le Ngoc Chau. The session offered an opportunity for students to explore their inner strengths and acquire practical tools for managing their activities and life.

Throughout the session, Mr. Chau emphasized a core principle: every significant change begins with positive shifts in the mind. He noted, “Our greatest power lies in our thoughts,” and highlighted that the journey of “overcoming oneself” is essential to unlocking one’s full potential. Students were introduced to a self-management pathway: Thought → Speech → Action → Habit → Decision, guiding them toward mindful and intentional choices in life.
Beyond theory, Mr. Chau shared insights about great thinkers to broaden students’ perspectives. For instance, Albert Einstein’s advice on humility and curiosity: Ego = 1/Knowledge, and Steve Jobs’ encouragement for open-mindedness: “Stay hungry, stay foolish.” Participants also discussed the five stages of leadership development, the values of Heart and Vision, and the importance of work-life balance in cultivating happiness.

The Luong Van Can Foundation sincerely thanks M.A. Vo Le Ngoc Chau for his inspiring session on self-management and the positive energy he shared. We believe that students of the Foundation have gained valuable insights and tools to confidently manage their lives and pursue their goals with purpose.
