Luong Van Can Fund organized a company visit to Biti’s

On the morning of June 21, Luong Van Can Fund organized a company visit to Biti’s for students from both Luong Van Can Fund and the Viethope Foundation.

At Biti’s, the students received a warm welcome from Ms. Minh Nghia, the direct manager of Biti’s manufacturing plant branch in Ho Chi Minh City, along with members of the HR staff. During the visit, students had the opportunity to learn about Biti’s development history and achievements while also hearing insightful stories about the “happiness” culture the company has cultivated over the years.

Following the discussion and company introduction, Ms. Minh Nghia led students on a tour of the manufacturing plant, where they learned about operational processes and quality management systems. With modern equipment and an efficient production system, Biti’s has successfully maintained two factories with high productivity rates, both in terms of product output and workforce efficiency.

In the main production areas, including the Sewing and Finishing departments, students observed the entire footwear manufacturing process—from stitching, overlocking, and gluing, to assembling accessory parts, quality-checking final products, and packaging them for storage. Additionally, students gained insights into Biti’s rigorous management processes, which ensure optimal product quality before reaching consumers.

At the end of the visit, students participated in an interactive activity designed to assess their own levels of happiness and engage with the happiness values that Biti’s promotes. This activity provided students with a deeper understanding of corporate culture and the positive work environment that Biti’s has sustained over the years.

The visit concluded with a Q&A session, where students inquired about the working environment, job opportunities at Biti’s, and the company’s growth journey in Vietnam.

Luong Van Can Fund sincerely thanks Biti’s for its dedication and enthusiasm in providing students with such a valuable and meaningful hands-on experience.
