Luong Van Can Foundation Students Visit Shopee Vietnam Headquarters
On November 13, students from the Luong Van Can Foundation, along with other students from the VietHope Foundation, had the opportunity to visit Shopee Vietnam’s office. They explored the work environment, learned about career opportunities, and broadened their personal experiences.
During the company overview session, Shopee representatives shared insights into the recruitment process, workplace environment, and unique company culture. The session also provided detailed information on talent development programs tailored for students, including the Student Ambassador Program, Internship Programs, and career opportunities for students. Representatives emphasized that a proactive learning attitude and adaptability are key factors for young candidates to succeed in joining the company.
Following the session, students were guided on a tour of Shopee’s modern workspace, where they learned about the functions of various departments and the importance of cross-team collaboration. This hands-on experience offered students a clearer perspective on the pace of work and the company’s working environment.
