Quỹ Lương Văn Can tổ chức chương trình Tham quan doanh nghiệp | Công ty CP Vinamilk Việt Nam

On the morning of June 20, Luong Van Can Foundation organized a Company Visit at Vinamilk – Vietnam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company for students. The program was a good chance for them to see what a real working environment looks like and to understand more about the company’s values, working culture and how they develop their resources.

At the beginning, students had a chance to hear the inspiring story of Vinamilk shared by Ms. Mai Kieu Lien – CEO of Vinamilk. From her father’s advice after the war about the importance of dairy, to the spirit of serving the community and staying strong with core values, the Vinamilk team has grown into the leading milk brand in Vietnam and has reached out to the world. During the visit, the Vinamilk team also introduced the Management Trainee 2025 program – a 12-month intensive training for young people (0-2 years of experience) who are ready to grow. Besides sharing the recruitment process and career path, the team emphasized 10 core values that guide how they work: “Always striving for improvement”, “Determined”, “Self-reliant”, “Thinking broadly”, “Digging deep”, “Acting fast”, “Working neatly”, “Customer first”, “Developing talents”, “Building trust”.

Through this event, Ms. Mai Kieu Lien also shared a strong message to young people: “If you don’t have money or relationships, the first thing you must have is knowledge”. She highlighted the importance of learning, being active and adapting in a competitive world. She also gently reminded both students and future generations: “Always take care of your health, improve your knowledge, and create value for others”.

After her talk, students joined in small group discussions and presented their ideas about CV writing and company culture. The speaker guided them step by step to understand how employers think and what they really care about. These were valuable tips for fresh graduates who are looking for their first jobs.

Luong Van Can Foundation would like to thank Vinamilk for supporting the event and sharing honest, motivating stories with the students. We hope this visit gave them a clearer view, better direction and stronger motivation for their future career. We also look forward to more collaborations with your company to create a meaningful and supportive learning space for Vietnamese students.
