Luong Van Can Foundation organized Company Visit to Pizza Hut Vietnam

On the morning of October 23, 2024, students from the Luong Van Can Foundation and Viethope Foundation had the opportunity to participate in a company visit to Pizza Hut Vietnam at the Phan Xich Long branch. The visit aimed not only to broaden students’ understanding of the food service industry but also to provide valuable exposure to potential career pathways.

A Warm Welcome from Pizza Hut Vietnam

The students were warmly welcomed by a dedicated team from Pizza Hut Vietnam, who generously shared their knowledge and experience:

  • Ms. Huynh Thi Phuong Nha – Head of People and Culture

  • Ms. Tran Yen Linh – Legal Assistant

  • Ms. Nguyen Pham Quynh Nhu – Senior Talent Development Officer

  • Ms. Pham Thi Ha Nguyen – Compensation & Benefits Manager

  • Mr. Ho Nhat Long – Corporate Management Trainee 2023

  • Ms. Nguyen Minh Thu – Corporate Management Trainee 2024

  • Ms. Tran Tu Anh – Store Manager, Pizza Hut Phan Xich Long

The visit began with an introduction to the pizza-making process at Pizza Hut Vietnam. Students learned about the company’s strict standards in ensuring quality—from dough preparation and ingredient selection to the final baked product. This was followed by a brief history of Pizza Hut’s global journey: Founded in 1958 in the United States, the brand quickly expanded to become one of the world’s most recognizable pizza chains. Upon entering the Vietnamese market, Pizza Hut successfully adapted to local tastes and has since become a favorite among pizza lovers nationwide.
One of the most engaging segments of the visit was a career-focused sharing session. Company representatives introduced the students to various career opportunities and internal training pathways at Pizza Hut, with special emphasis on the Corporate Management Trainee Program—an intensive development track designed for high-potential young professionals. This session offered students not only inspiration but also clearer insights into their own potential career trajectories. Adding to the excitement, students were given the chance to make their own pizzas under the supervision of the branch’s store manager. This hands-on activity allowed them to experience a typical working process in the food service industry and enjoy the results of their own craftsmanship.

The Luong Van Can Foundation extends its sincere thanks to Pizza Hut Vietnam for their warm hospitality and for providing such a valuable learning experience. We look forward to continued collaboration in the future, with more practical programs and industry sharing sessions that empower students to explore, learn, and grow through real-world exposure.
