Luong Van Can Foundation hosted a Mentoring MeetUp as part of the Mentorship program
As part of the 10 – year anniversary event, Luong Van Can Foundation organized a gathering for mentors involved in the Mentorship program. Mentorship is one of the key activities the Foundation carries out each academic year. Through the program, each student is paired with a mentor in the same field of expertise. Mentors guide and assist students with their studies, career orientation, and personal development. This connection offers students a trusted mentor to share and learn from, fostering their growth in mindset, attitude, skills, and knowledge through assignments and monthly meetings.

Mentors come from various industries, sharing a common belief in supporting students.
The mentor gathering session was held in a cozy and friendly atmosphere, with venue support from Lacàph. The Mentoring MeetUp provided an opportunity for mentors to come together, share their experiences working with mentees, and reflect on their own journey as mentors. For mentors, the Mentorship program is not only a chance to contribute to society but also an opportunity for personal reflection and growth.
The 2023-2024 Mentorship program has given students broader perspectives on learning, career planning, and future aspirations. Over the past year, the program recorded impressive results: 498 working hours, 321 mentor-mentee meetings, and a collective session for all mentorship groups.

Luong Van Can Foundation sincerely thanks all the mentors for their community spirit and the time they’ve devoted to the students. We look forward to receiving continued support in future Mentorship programs and are excited for the participation of more mentors.
