The Luong Van Can Foundation organizes a community webinar titled “Bốc trúng Sí rịt – Bí kíp nghề nghiệp”

On the morning of April 26, the Luong Van Can Foundation organized a community webinar titled “Bốc trúng Sí rịt – Bí kípnghề nghiệp.” The program was moderated by Ms. Nguyen Thi My Hau, Talent Acquisition Manager at Viec Lam 24h (Sieu Viet Group), who has over 10 years of experience in recruitment and human resources training. The webinar also served as the kick-off event for the annual Mock Interview program hosted by the Luong Van Can Foundation.

Through the session, Ms. My Hau provided an overview of the labor market in 2024 and discussed the ongoing changes that will continue to impact the period from 2025 to 2030. In a constantly evolving job market, academic degrees and GPA scores are no longer absolute advantages. Instead, employers are seeking candidates with hands-on experience, high adaptability, strong tech skills, and clear critical thinking abilities. In this webinar, Ms. Hau also delved into two essential skills in the job-seeking journey: writing a CV and mastering interview techniques. Participants were reminded that a good CV is not just clean and visually appealing, but also needs to “hit the right insight” of the recruiter. Interviews are not moments to “list achievements,” but opportunities to connect and demonstrate your value through seemingly simple questions.

The webinar also marked the beginning of the annual Mock Interview program by the Luong Van Can Foundation. Mock Interview is an annual initiative of the Foundation that aims to create a simulated yet highly realistic environment to help students better understand how today’s recruitment market operates. In 2025, Mock Interview will offer participants the opportunity to engage in one-on-one simulated interviews with real recruiters. During these sessions, candidates will receive direct feedback on their CVs, as well as personalized advice from industry professionals—something no textbook can replace.
