Luong Van Can Foundation organized a Talk Series program with the topic “Youth & Career”
On the morning of March 16, Luong Van Can Foundation organized a Talk Series titled “Youth & Career”. The program was held on Zoom with the participation of students from within and outside Luong Van Can Foundation. The program was led by speaker Vu Duc Tri The, founder of Alastic, and co-founder and Learning Director at WorkFlow Space, with over 15 years of experience in training and management consulting.
At the beginning of the program, Mr. The and the students engaged in a warm-up activity: selecting a symbol to represent their personal image and the future career they envision. Through the students’ sharing, Mr. The opened up about his own journey, which began with his dreams as a student, followed by the struggles of entrepreneurship, seizing opportunities, and facing personal crises. He emphasized that crises, difficulties, and challenges will always accompany everyone, at any age. It is not because we lack ability but because we are living in a VUCA world – a world that is volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous. What truly matters is not avoiding difficulties, but how individuals confront and adapt to them.
From the story of the VUCA world, Mr. The continued to guide students in exploring useful tools to shape personal identity and understand their roles within the bigger picture of career development. Each topic he presented was closely tied to real-life experiences and common challenges that many young people encounter when navigating their paths. Some key points included:
- Understanding and applying your own biological rhythms to optimize personal performance
- Building a long-term career vision
- Adapting and growing in the area of AI
- Applying the Career Rainbow Model
- Enhancing learning capabilities in the Industry 4.0 era
- Staying committed to ideals and purposeful engagement
Additionally, Mr. The took time to directly address the questions and concerns of the students during the program, creating a meaningful and engaging space for discussion.
Luong Van Can Foundation sincerely thanks Mr. Vu Duc Tri The for his time and for sharing valuable insights and experiences with the Foundation’s students. We wish him good health and continued success on his journey to spread knowledge.
