Luong Van Can Foundation held a training session on “Business Etiquette – Company Culture in the F&B Industry”

On February 27, Luong Van Can Foundation, together with Pizza Hut Vietnam, organized a training session with the topic “Business Etiquette – Company Culture in the F&B Industry”. The program was designed especially for students from the Luong Van Can Foundation and VietHope Scholarship Fund to help them learn how to act professionally in the workplace. The session featured two speakers from Pizza Hut – Ms. Nguyen Pham Quynh Nhu (Senior Talent Development Officer) and Ms. Nguyen Minh Thu (Corporate Management Trainee) – who shared real-life views on company culture and how to behave properly at work. In F&B companies, understanding the work culture and having the right attitude help employees fit in better and find more career opportunities.

From small actions like greeting coworkers and customers to more professional tasks like replying to emails, working in teams, or joining meetings, all of these show your image in the workplace. Beyond theoretical learning, the students also got to apply what they learned through a case study: how to handle work in the best way. By discussing and thinking critically with the two speakers, students had the chance to practice problem-solving and find the right methods to use in real companies.

Luong Van Can Foundation would like to sincerely thank Pizza Hut Vietnam for continuing to support us in meaningful activities for students. The professionalism and dedication of the company inspire us to create even more useful programs in the future.
