Results of Luong Van Can Scholarship (2016-2017)

Luong Van Can Fund has announced result of the Luong Van Can Scholarship for students to study at local universities/ colleges, academic year 2016 – 2017 (available here). After two rounds of application started in April 2016, the scholarship recipients are outstanding students who gained excellent academic achievements, presented a clear vision of their future and proved their great potential of personal development.

Luong Van Can Scholarship, among portions for exceptional individuals to pursue their higher education overseas, is granted annually for talented students with disadvantaged backgrounds, are handicapped or belong to ethnic minorities in order to support them to complete their universities/ colleges. The scholarships cover their tuition fees and/ or living expenses during the recipients’ college time, but are reassessed every year to ensure the fairness and to encourage the recipients to strengthen their capabilities.

On this occasion, Luong Van Can Fund also re-examined the recipients of the previous academic year and decided students to continue receiving the scholarships for this year. They are outstanding individuals who have contributed to Luong Van Can Fund’s activities, performed well in their study and personal development.
