The session also introduced a practical framework to help students strengthen their competitiveness in the eyes of employers:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Can do<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Clearly demonstrate your competencies and what you are capable of doing;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Will do<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Highlight the specific value and contributions you can bring to the organization;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Will fit<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Show your compatibility with the company&#8217;s culture and environment.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The highlight of the workshop was the hands-on session on using AI to support the application preparation process. Students practiced designing prompts based on the framework: Role \u2013 Task \u2013 Context \u2013 Format \u2013 Evidence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/lvcfoundation.org.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/IMG_1510-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1707\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By applying this framework, students learned how to turn AI into an effective assistant for quickly analyzing job descriptions, identifying relevant keywords that match their competencies and expertise, and highlighting the knowledge and skills most aligned with the positions they are applying for.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By the end of the training session, students had not only enhanced their digital skills but also gained a broader perspective on how AI can support the job application process.
